INTERNATIONAL HORSE RACING DIGEST’S HORSE OF THE MONTH

RACHEL ALEXANDRA

With her dominating victory in the Kentucky Oaks at Churchill Downs on May 1st, and a gutsy win in the Preakness Stakes at Pimlico Race Course two weeks later, the three-year-old filly was at the top of the class in May, and was acclaimed our first ever, ‘Horse of the Month’.

The reigning ‘Queen’ of Thoroughbred Racing is featured here in a photomontage, in what we like to call ‘Ladies Day at the Preakness’.
